All items offered on are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:

  • Handling time : 3-5 business days. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
  • Shipping time: 8-15 days shipped, From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
  • International Shipping Charge:

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (Business Days)

Store operation schedule and shipping time from Monday to Saturday.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please don’t hesitate to contact us for handling this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping product) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may have some unexpected delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologise for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  6. Note: Because the product is made to order, it will be sent out immediately as soon as it finishes. Therefore, please be aware that your order might be separately shipped. We will handle the extra shipping cost to deliver every finished item to you in the shortest possible time.

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:

Almost all of our products are produced in the USA, but due to the Global impacts of pandemic, our factory in the USA is overloaded. So we have to process your order in some countries out of the USA, please understand in this matter.

NOTE: If you order different product styles it might be possible you will receive multiple packages.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via [store_email] within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:

– Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.

– If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team – we’re more than happy to help!

– When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays getting your order. Thank you!

Your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 45 business days of order placement, please feel free to contact us via [store_email]. The Customer Care Department will receive and process your case. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

As a friendly reminder, all shipping times listed in the chart above are calculated in business days and do not include weekends, and ​any claims on late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial date of order placement will be rejected.
